There's a relay post saying that it seems to have miscounted hours. It worked for me. As soon as the last ARP milestone was hit, I made my playtime public, and got the bonus 10% for each. Now just waiting to see if we get those fragments, or if they'll add them to the next event instead.

It might be worth it if you are interested in those games, but you probably own half since they have been bundled. The best is to wait for the prices to drop and trade for the games you want/buy them cheaper instead of buying the bundle

Yeah going on like 4 hours with no ARP whatsoever, it realized my multiplier but not any playtime 🤷‍♂️ we shall see.
