Why does Feudalife keep giving postal which is already free

Well because it used to be a paid retail game? As we can see at Humble Store and MacGameStore they are still being sold for $1.99 and $10 respectively. They are retail keys which are said to give access to trading cards while the free version does not. But many have said that POSTAL retail now does not drop cards so this key is effectively... Useless..

Could be that it is not totally useless.
It could still count to the total value of your Steam-lib. Some sites demand a minimum value for you to join.

Because all the keys from the challenges come from old IG bundles : https://barter.vg/bundles/7/
So they were payable games at the time, their unsold keys are still there, in the pool.
