Hi, I'm having the same problem. I bought 3 games and when I clicked "Redeem Games" it takes me back to my profile and I didn't receive a key. I sent a support ticket and I haven't got a response yet.

Edit: I just sent an email to be safe.

Please send us the PayPal Transaction ID for your purchase or the full email receipt from PayPal or the first 6 and the last 4 numbers of your credit card, if you have used a credit card and we'll investigate further.
