I have not received a single email from IndieGala since I first contacted customer support about my current issue three days ago, not one. I have however received four different advertising emails, such as the RE7 and Phoenix Wright ads. I repeat, I still have not received even one direct email...

IndieGala sells people keys they do not actually have in inventory and then divert people to a fake page claiming their account is locked due to an IP address discrepancy, so as to buy time to come up with the keys after the fact.

You never reply to customer emails so where else can we possibly go than right here?

I have precisely the same problem as everyone else: I have been waiting an extraordinarily long time for my account to be unlocked and you have already charged my credit card for a game I have not received. No response whatsoever from customer support. The fact that this thread exists in this...
