Idk about that block it has no sense, I think they should write if there is any region lock. Playtest should be playable game I guess it's more then a demo it could be even full version to let player test and report any bug before the game goes on the store. It's limited time usually after...

It's nice if they are hidden, it has more replayabilty if you can't find all levels in the first run. Bethesda is great company, instead of asking money for new stuff they give free and they don't care they title is 30 years old.
