Yeah, all of my tabs under "My Library" show me no game. That's how it has been, it hasn't changed unfortunately. So I'm waiting to here back from support, cuz I'm not paying 26 dollars for a game to not receive it. That's ridiculous.
I purchased the game before making my account. So I spent the money, and it told me to make an account to redeem the game. I did so, and somehow, I don't have the game now. All that's happened so far is I've spent $26 to make an account
I'm saying I already spent the 25.99 that the game cost, and now it's not letting me redeem said game. I click Redeem Games, and it opens a separate tab where it says I have no game to redeem.
So, I had purchased a game not realizing I needed an account for it to be redeemed. Now that I have an account, it's not letting me redeem it in the slightest. What do I do?!
