Let's be honest, the giveaway system needs work, and yeah, I know it's something casual, but it can be abused so easily, and a lot of the time, users have created fake giveaways in the past.

Yeah, I think by this time a large majority of users have verified Steam Accounts I recall more activity in here, especially in terms of comments for giveaways/trades/ when a free game was added. However, it could be because users have their own problems, are busy, or are playing their games...
