So just after getting the error on a giveaway I tried to open my libraries on a new tab and got this:

Same, first I thought it was some kind of protection, but when this happens, it also affects the libraries, they stop loading, I can't see my Steam keys from bought bundles, giveaways won, to check and created, etc., so it seems to be definitely a sever error.
