This customer service is unacceptable, either give me my game, or my money back period. It's the principle of some things.

Where is my Key? I will have to file a dispute with the credit card company if this is not resolved. I wish i would have known the service was trash before i attempted to make a purchase.

What was the end result? any update as I am having the exact same issue. Not a good first impression at all.

I'm going through this right now. If i don't get a reply in 2 days i'm doing a stop payment. This service is unacceptable. You've gone months? What was the outcome?

Is this normal, i sent an email, this is my first experience here and its not a good feeling. I keep getting a try again later message, any help would be appreciated.
