I was playing the Feudalife challenges and I won then I went to my profile, as usual, to get the steam key and redeem it but this time when I was redeeming the key I got a prompt from steam saying this key has been used before. is it possible if I can get another steam key? thank you.

I can't even save the game. I always get an error when I try to save the game can someone help me.
