Hey Paula, I've been having an issue with redeeming Metal Gear Rising Revengeance since 21st of September. I've been re-visiting my order to redeem the key, but i keep getting Error 500. Can you please have a look into it? Thank you.

Been having this issue since Sept 21st, I cannot redeem my key due to Error 500 I've contacted support via email and have yet to receive any notification or response. Please assist.
