this happens way frequently why. i win the challenge but eventually gain nothing with losing gala silver

my net is stable why am i getting this text every time it waste time plus gala silvers fix it.

i didnt received one gala challenge reward after winning.

I've started a game of GalaCarnage it takes a lot of time to connect to server, this time it didn't even connected to the server and cut my 80 points. I don't have enough to start a new one so I tried the pvp now it was searching for a long time and I closed it after not finding any opponents...

liked the game but i thought i would win some gala points while after winning says victory and i lost 80 gala silver why?
