Purchased Stellaris: Utopia late Saturday. Still not redeemable more than three days later. Contacted support yesterday and so far the only response was what looked like an automatically generated one saying they are looking into it.

Issue still exists for me for Stellaris: Utopia despite that it was supposed to be fixed yesterday.
