    I am currently level 5,it happend occasionally in the past that I couldn't enter giveaways that I am qualified for,be it level 4 or 5,all claiming that my level is too low.Today this issue happened again,some level 4 or 5 giveaways rejected my entrance. I would like to know the reason for this...
