I found the best way for now is to look at the profile of a user I've traded with and then follow the link to my feedback with them to my own profile.

Does anyone know where you can see feedback etc for your own profile? This scammy user for example has the comments provided and stats etc: https://www.indiegala.com/trades/user/826160fda84111ea82d573608f919d9b I would have thought this would be under IG's My Library section but I can't see...

Thanks, I did and they have removed the negative feedback and tell me the user has been banned.

So how do I lose the negative feedback this idiot gave me ? And how did they enter a key of zzz ? I’ve lost the key now to a £15 tradable game, all because I was trusting thanks to the 100% excellent trades with the IG community so far.

Oh, that explains a lot. So people are playing those and hoping to get something new but getting the same games again and putting those in the giveaways. That makes a lot of sense, thank you! Sucks though...

Thanks for the reply chstwnd and I'll take that advice on board! I'm still somewhat perplexed by the reason for the bots to take such an interest. I'm sure the pinned thread might come in useful for new users but these problems don't seem that difficult to solve. Reading around this forum...

Thanks chstwnd, I'm a developer myself and was trying to be charitable in my descriptions so as not to offend anyone :) I'll keep in mind then that the IG dev team have a few cracks still to paper over but they might not find the right paper for a while...

Nice username! I see the same screen when I click that link too. I believe IG has recently had a redesign which has left some bugs around the place, and a few unfinished pages. I also have similar issues viewing user profiles, see a regular NaN javascript error when entering giveaways and...
