It seems not only to be the unlock codes - I've sent some gift links to friends today, and they haven't gotten them, yet. First one was a couple of hours ago, so it really should have been there by now.

I have a similar problem, not sure if it's the same. First time it happened to me the day before yesterday when I tried to do a GA for Sword of Asumi (guaranteed). But it didn't tell me to wait a few days, it just says "Retry". Only retrying doesn't help ... The day before yesterday it was just...
