I'm also locked out as well. I was able to play one game where I needed to cut down 8 trees in 60 seconds and after failing miserably at that (only managed to cut down 5), I went to try again and had a different mission to cut down 60 shrubs in 60 seconds, and then the locked out popup appeared...
