key was 100% working and i did normal giveaway instead of guaranteed one because im new with this and dont know how giveaway works works

Toxic piece of shit, used my giveaway key and then left negative feedback plus insulted without saying a reason.

I did giveaway with guaranteed key and after it ended winner (10days old account) who used the key left negative feedback plus that toxic piece of shit insulted me for no reason so now i want to know if its possible to fix negative feedback?
