Tell you what I have noticed, a lot of feeder accounts, people with steam accounts with nothing on them, no doubt maybe a few people with multiple accounts to try and win games, and swapping keys among them they do win that they don't want to build up levels to enter the high leveled giveaways...

That way they know to get their key as they may not frequent the site too often or know how to check if they have won. Or in the worse case scenario they are purposely not saying they got the key so they can use that key elsewhere, either on other gifting sites or with high priced games put...
