No, I have not used a different account. I just sent an email again (4th time) to support@indiegala.com and yes it's the same account linked with my Indiegala profile. I'm ready to provide any kind of verification that you'll need.
Totally disappointed by the indiegala support team, I sent them an email requesting them to change my account's email address 4 days ago but they never replied. If you can't reply then atleast add an option to change our email directly from the settings. Thanks.
