So did anyone got unbanned?

Something really bad is going on with the site, I was unbanned like 4 times already but still get errors.

So I keep getting this error, "[e240]You are currently banned. Send an email to our support team." I wrote to a support, and they answered 3 days ago that I should be unbanned now, but I still get this error every time I try to join a giveaway, does anyone else also have this problem?

The worst thing is that we can't even create new giveaways to level up or check if we won any previous giveaways

When sorting games by lowest price it shows different price in a general section than in this game's page, like for a game Velvet Assasin for example. Or is this something wrong on my end?
