Same problem here with a Fallout 76 purchase, emailed and awaiting on response from support. I didn't redeem (or even look at) the free "Crazy Machines 3" steam key that came with it in case it invalidates a refund that may be needed. Hope they can figure this out, seems to be effecting a lot...
