You will have to mail support about it not the user. If it's guarenteed that means they didn't reveal the key so its not the users fault its the sites fault.

If they havn't given feedback in a couple days write support and they will do it. There is an auto feedback system after so many dues but sometimes you have to write support I think. I had like 7 giveaways lacking feedback few weeks ago. Wrote into support and they fixed me up within like a day. You might try that if you want a faster response. Not sure if you need to link the giveaways in your support email or not but I did that just in case.

I also wonder sometimes if non working keys for a person can be because of region differences. Some keys will only work in the buyers region and will tell you its invalid if a person in a different region tries to use them. I know this because I was trying to give a key to one of my good friends...

It seems you can go above 240 with gold. Was watching the bid war and it went up to 241 and stopped a few mins ago.

Oh I seen the auction thing now. Do you lose the silver soon as you make your bid? Does who ever hits the 240 bid auto win since its not possible to bid 241?

If this were really just to get rid of bots the simple solution would be to use a similar policy the other site uses. You can only win a game that you don't have in your steam library and you cant enter new giveaways til you redeem last key you won. This would stop bots without hurting the...

Its bad enough the site gives constant errors but now captcha's on every giveaway too? Seriously? This site is going more and more downhill. It's a pity there's few sites that do giveaways like this. Though like 90%+ of the giveaways here anyways are just free games people get from elsewhere..

Giveaways has been barely usable for me too past several days. I get errors over 90% of the time trying to enter any giveaways. I know the games are free and all but its just not worth hours of trying to spend coins to enter the giveaways.
