My understanding behind the fake give aways is twofold, one so they can (ideally) win the give away with another fake account of their own and give false positive feedback to gain free xp. Two, not everyone knows about the feedback button next to won giveaways so don't provide negative feedback...

I approve, this would greatly help make the giveaways section far easier to browse.
