There's no RU or Belarus keys for activation ever for Soulblight, Orbital Racer. Also Lust from Beyond and Lust for Darkness these days. Maybe you can find keys for CIS activation but even those keys are restricted for RU/Belarus. Old keys for Russia are out of stock and not available no more...
