A disruptive business like Hooters tries to have some fun and make their staff's experience more enjoyable. Instead, they get punished and sued by an overly litigious waitress that happened to sell the most beers to customers that were probably going to buy them anyway. She didn't contribute anything.

The same thing happened with McDonalds. They made their coffee hot so you could transport it, and enjoy it over time as you drove away. They didn't think they needed to tell people not to spill hot coffee on themselves, but this is America and people are fucking stupid. They also sue.

Totally sgree with the coffee one...i'm stilm pissed my local coffee shop switched cups to protect the environment (and costs) and my coffee cant stay hot for twenty minutes and it wont even microwave in those things.

Fuck the environment, we're all gonna die from trees, gimme my hot coffee.

I said i'd be pissed and whip someone's ass...she got a shit job and a shit life, you don't put food in front of a starving man and tell him he can't have any then walk away.

I didnt feel bad for her, I actually would have laughed her out of the courthouse, but they did fucking ask for it 🤷‍♂️

I could argue the lawyer if what I saw at court was any indication...they're not good--they're just making out in the back office and buttfucking each other greasing hands. I met a few in all that time and all of them acrewed up--except one, the first legal aid lawyer ...that dude was aharp and I knew it as soon as we talked. An he was likely still learning lmao.
