Guaranteed key won in giveaway is used

I have won a key in Gardenarium guaranteed giveaway id 1157147 by ArPoHoM on Indiegala Giveaways
which already was activated.

shouldnt the key validity be guaranteed by IndieGala?

Yes, the key has to come from IG, and not be revealed. If it's from IG directly, it will be red, and if it's from a user that hasn't looked at the key, it will be blue. Normal GAs are gray. Also, guaranteed GAs are always Steam keys, that's how I know Minecraft wasn't guaranteed.
