lost gala points without even starting the game

I've started a game of GalaCarnage it takes a lot of time to connect to server, this time it didn't even connected to the server and cut my 80 points. I don't have enough to start a new one so I tried the pvp now it was searching for a long time and I closed it after not finding any opponents and it cut 20 points now how can I gain those point I didn't even start the game and got points deducted.

I think you can get points just by being in the app and also answering questions here
