Giveaway Checking Problem

I checked my won giveaways and it said that I won a game, but when I go to "Completed Won" I always get that "Sorry, these data are not available at this moment." error message. Please fix this.

Same problem when opening "Completed won" giveaways. (Sorry, these data are not available at this moment.)
And when I try to change avatar or nickname it responds with error. (Error [e200])

same story here ...
checking (seems to) works now, but told me, I won nothing out of the 700+ checked ones :(
found one win though :)
but when trying to redeem, it told me that the code has been used already by someone else ... hä ... ???

Hey there Guys, here is a Post from Indiegala on Discord, dont know if some of you Joined there or not, so i post here what they posted. ^^

We wanted to keep you updated regularly about the ongoing improvements on our platform following the major migration to a new architecture. Last year, we were forced to take action when we received notice that the system we had been using since 2011 was no longer receiving updates and posed a high risk of service suspension from our provider. This platform was built on an outdated version of Python, and the growing security risks made it clear that continuing with it was not an option.

As a result, we undertook a massive, year-long effort to transition from the older platform (which operated on a custom, non-relational database architecture) to a modern and more traditional SaaS solution, built on Django and Python 3. For those familiar with this kind of work, it was a titanic undertaking that involved migrating millions of users and bundles from a unique system to a more efficient and reliable relational database.

I’m proud to say we’ve successfully migrated over 90% of the data so far. However, as with any large-scale migration, there are still a few hiccups, mostly affecting older accounts with high volumes of sales. But rest assured: the data is here, safe, and secure. We are actively working to resolve any remaining issues as quickly as possible.


Current Focus:
Our main priority right now is resolving the remaining issues in users' libraries, particularly for purchases made before 20 October 2024. We’ve already made significant progress in restoring missing data, and we want to reassure you that no purchase data has been lost—we’re simply working through the re-migration of some older profiles.

Future Purchases Are Secure:
We also want to be absolutely clear: all purchases made after October 20 2024 are totally unaffected by these migration issues. Everything is running smoothly for new purchases, and keys are being delivered as expected. The only issues we might encounter now are the same minor ones any platform can face, such as email typos or occasional payment processing errors, but rest assured, our team resolves these in a reasonable timeframe.

Every day, we’re improving the platform bit by bit. We’re working around the clock to ensure the best possible experience for you all. You’ll continue to see small improvements daily, and we encourage you to test the platform yourself and let us know if you find anything that needs attention.

For the time being, I am neither creating nor participating in any giveaways at this time. I would rather wait for IG to fix what they need to fix, and migrate what they need to migrate, before I resume my daily activities on IG. Less stressful for me, and less chances of breaking something else IG is working on for us.

I just checked my "Completed won" keys and it worked, i can finally see them so i guess they fixed the checking problem.
I advice you all to check your last games won because "Completed to check" was giving me false 0 wins the previous days. I found 3 keys won back from the first days of October 'till now.

I will check again. I have not won anything in several months.

Edit:
Nope, still haven't won anything. Last time I won was in January. If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all. :ROFLMAO:

The giveaway checking works now. I won a game, but got an error when trying to leave feedback. I also tried leaving a comment on the game giveaway page and that also failed with an error.

Hello @everyone, We’d like to provide a quick update on the migration progress. We’ve resolved many of the initial issues, and we’re now seeing 99% of transactions going through successfully, with nearly 100% success for new accounts. This is a positive step, though we are still working on a few remaining issues, particularly around older bundles with gift links and password-protected gifts. Feudalife challenges and giveaways section work as expected, galaclient login working as well ( not by google, fix in progress ) , galacarnage still need work.

Platform Performance Our platform’s speed and reliability have noticeably improved, thanks to this system update. This new setup marks a shift from the older technology we used for over a decade, and the difference is already clear.
