Ahh, I just got that too and the page was dead. I assumed it was a late notification, but from what Ausf said you get 5-10 ARP from leaving reviews after each event now Just that one is old and likely over.

Looks like good reviews...because mine would have said the last two additional goals were stupid and cheap, like the rest of the rewards...and likely would have been removed. Guess its a good thing I never bothered

It's exactly 5. It isn't affected by the 10% bonus artifact set either. If you remove it, you lose 5. This is repeatable. It does count towards total ARP earned, so if you were dedicated enough, you could get to tier 5 just by doing this.

It's strange they didn't do fragments this month in the event. I assumed they were doing another one later in the month, but we're running out of month.
