You can also use this at some shops for instant coupons before purchase, leave items in your cart and close the page and some will mail you a coupon for purchase, fanatical used to do it IIRC before they tried bribing you into buying things every 30 days or having your coupons go invalid...between that stunt, new tax added in the last year, and them hiking bundle prices--I barely even shop there anymore.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say its just not something they're going to do...set in they're ways just like I am about certain social sites and GAs, they would probably require a CC to use this tactic and simply refuse to ever add one

Try their unlimited plan. Basically they just use Verizon's towers. I've heard that they have unlimited 5Mbps hotspot.
