I doubt it's worth the effort, but Hitsquad has kinda started giving away games on Discord. You only get 200 points a day, and most games cost thousands, so it would take forever to get anything. The exception being if you boost the Discord channel, which costs money.

TheGeekEntry is also doing a Twitch GA for a random game. You need 1k XP, which you might already have if you've been using her channel for AWA. You don't have to watch the stream, you get XP just for being in chat, as well as daily and hourly commands to give points. To get the game, you need to be subbed, but you can use a free Prime trial sub for that.

So now that the gallery was done, and my face is still fucked up (swelling is starting to go down finally), I decided to ignore the rational urge to stay in bed for a bit as well as save my data for updates and try the Trails 1st chapter Demo, after about 45 minutes my HDD swap started failing for the second time since getting here, so I finally gave up (not having the time to fix it properly right now), but I was able to play enough to say the scenes in it look like they're going to be iconic...there's a new Dodge map action that didn't exist and the idea of what purpose it serves is quite scary in a game where you could normally outrun the enemies on the map and sometimes needed too. You can also now slash plants to gain CP (this is useful) and Sepith (don't recommend this) as well as restore life between battles if your really beat up, the graphics look great...hopefully i'll be able to rush towards a battle at some point before I leave, but I doubt it.

So far, down to the characters looks, they've been true to the classic so I don't see much changing besides graphics and minor things in the entirely new 3D world which made me feel lost already compared to the original. All in all I'd definitely still be playing if my drive wasn't acting up...so I can say the demo is worth a shot at least.
