Is there a way to contact a user (and whereto look for the nickname?) about a trade that has ended?
I've made my first trade (Fallout: New Vegas for GOG), but i cannot redeem the gog code given to me, it says "An error occurred. Please try again later or contact support if the issue persists".
I've tried to use a gog key recently gifted to me (from Prime sub.), and it says correctly "The code was already used".
I've tried to enter a random code and it's says "Code not found."

Maybe the user, that had many positive feedback, gave me an expired key from the previously given Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition (valid until December 14th, 2022) from Prime sub., not the current one. Maybe it's just a mistake.

expire date for keys, page on gog: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408064600721-FAQ-Amazon-Luna-x-GOG?product=gog

I'm sad now.

EDIT After trying to redeem the key for two hours, i've just made an attempt now and the key worked perfectly (damn gog). Now i need to apologies with the user (i didn't rememeber his nick).... and... how to cancel a negative feedback?

You click on their name in the trade section, which will go to their profile. Then look where it says Forum user page, and click Go to page. Then you can message them. If they don't use the forums, they will have no idea that you messaged them, since the main page, store, profile, and trade pages do not show forum notifications, only the forum does. If they have a Steam account linked, you can try adding them from there.
Maybe it's just a mistake.
Mistake, scam, who can say?

Yes. Unfortunately that is the nature of trading with random anonymous people. There are more experienced traders that are generally better at this kind of thing, but even then, mistakes can happen.

i saw the personal page with those info before, but when the trade is over, there's no nick name anymore to read anyware in the trade section of my personal page.

What is the support email address?

thank you.

Ah, was just going to drop a note about this trade.

You need to contact IG to get them to clear/reset feedback.

Your Key was fine and I left positive feedback even though I saw your negative rating.

I suspected something like this might happen so I waiting on doing the feedback to see what needed to be done for follow up.

Hi DarkSandmanSeeking,
All I can say is that I've never encountered an error like this on GOG before, not even when keys were about to expire and the site warned you that the game might only appear in your library later. I tried with a key that had already been used by me and with one that I completely made up, but I never imagined that the site would malfunction, and I tried for quite some time. It was my mistake. I should have waited longer before leaving feedback, sorry.
However, I took immediate action and sent an email to report the incident and request the deletion of the negative feedback, explaining that the key had finally been successfully redeemed. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Because of these situations, it's important to have your Indiegala account linked to your Steam account. You could have contacted the user via Steam, explained the situation, and resolved the problem without needing to leave negative feedback. To correct the feedback, just send a message to Indiegala support.
I use GOG and these things can happen; I've already redeemed some games that only appeared in my account hours later.

I've already send an e-mail to IG support, thank you. I've never experienced something like this on gog, when the give game for Prime subscription the warn you that the game could appear later in you library, but when you try to redeam the key, the key is correctly recognised and the site display the title your about to get, or at least it's what always happend to me.In my case, I've tried an already used key and a random one (and the one of the game multiple times), and the page gave me the correct answer (wrong key, already used...), letting me think that the problem was not on the gog side and i've tried for almost two hours. I could wait longer before to leave the feedback, yes. My fault.
