Is there a way to contact a user (and whereto look for the nickname?) about a trade that has ended?I've made my first trade (Fallout: New Vegas for GOG), but i cannot redeem the gog code given to me, it says "An error occurred. Please try again later or contact support if the issue persists".
I've tried to use a gog key recently gifted to me (from Prime sub.), and it says correctly "The code was already used".
I've tried to enter a random code and it's says "Code not found."
Maybe the user, that had many positive feedback, gave me an expired key from the previously given Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition (valid until December 14th, 2022) from Prime sub., not the current one. Maybe it's just a mistake.

EDIT After trying to redeem the key for two hours, i've just made an attempt now and the key worked perfectly (damn gog). Now i need to apologies with the user (i didn't rememeber his nick).... and... how to cancel a negative feedback?
