I need to cancel a negative feedback given today for mistake. Is that possible?
i've tried to redeem a key from a trade, my first trade, but there was an error with the redemption process of the key, not the key itself that was valid, i just redeemed correcly the game now, after two hours attempt. Who i need to contact? Thank you.
