Yep, been like that for a while-- keys having redemption dates of around a year, publishers revoking unused keys and steam keys being replaced by Epic keys permanently without warning, keys just being out of stock permanently but you don't get store credit without contacting support and being offered (which one wouldn't know about without stumbling about it online),-etc...
Somethings are understandable or due to Steam policies, but the way they've dealt with this is just on them.![]()
So far i haven't had any problem, the only game that had no key (like i mentioned above), they restocked it in a few days.It's amusing how they sometimes sell the game separately but fail to provide keys for customers that already paid for the game in a bundle, which comes off as highly unprofessional and borderline robbery.
Let's hope it keeps this way....
