Constant Pop-Up In the Store

For about a week now, every time I browse the store page or refresh, I get a yellow pop-up saying:

"Important message​

We apologize for the inconvenience, some products have been
removed from your cart because they are no longer available
for purchase: - A Memoir Blue"

I've pressed OK, the X in the corner, and tried adding the same game and removing it from the cart myself, but the pop-up keeps coming back.
Maybe it's because of the "-" sign in the game's title?
