It checks my IP. Does nothing for a bit. Then says it can't process my purchase at this time. It's not AWA, which I actually did bother with, it's Dell Rewards, which insists on regional segmentation, and then refuses to let you change region once it's locked in.

Well, its not very often people change which part of the world they live in...although it does happen--they usually dont change their region for things like that regardless
