I had the same problem, but I didn't have time to think about it further... so just some initial tips... I'm not very familiar with game development, but it seems the game isn't packaged correctly.
The first error concerns files starting with locales*. If I'm not mistaken, they should be placed in a folder named locales (it's empty...), and the locales prefix should be removed.

It's possible that other files with suffixes starting with www should also be placed in directories, for example file:www audio bgm Theme2.ogg should go to the directories www/audio/bgm (so they need to be created... but only maybe)

After all of this... game finaly starts. You can even play trainig. But after that it's looking for file:
/img/tileset/wagonshseeta_3 - (cyrylic_something).png which don't exists in package.

So no... don't waste your time
