I wish I had a definite date honestly, but they just had to slap together once--don't turn your balls blue

Honestly because of the holidays I figure its going to be after them...but that of course depends if this court is crooked as well and if they're not my case could honestly be open and shut in my own benefit as well instead of his...but they dont really give absolute amounts of time and my case was a shit show because I never really had one.

Your guess is as good as mine...but I have no intention of sitting around for years waiting for a result from them either it really shouldn't be THAT complicated, I should have won by default the first hearing.

The biggest problem is they can't send my case for re-trial because I got screwed in the court...so I asked them to decide the verdict themselves...including damages (amount of money), so that could take time.

The chances of winning an appeal from housing are supposedly slim to none...likely lower when you can't be sent for re-trial--so we should all probably dance around my grave now in a pre-funeral and get drunk while i'm around to enjoy it

I wouldnt really know, considering I've never voluntarily walked into a courthouse before this whole mess...or been evicted.
