Discord the only method of customer service?

I know in the past I've been able to use email, but every "help" link takes me to Discord.

I want nothing to do with Discord and I shouldn't have to make an account there in order to get some help.

I doubt they'll respond, they haven't responded to me. Even on discord, they don't respond most of the time
