When I saw that game mentioning the 6502 processor, I looked it up in M_A_M_E to see if that was the one used in the NEEES, and there it said it was the Ricoh....
I search the Ricoh.... and saw that it was an unlicensed clone of the 6502,

It also says that they have disabled the BCD mode to avoid legal problems. BCD is the code that assigns an Natural numbers to a binary numbers: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. to 00, 01, 10, 11, 100, 101, etc., but I don't know much else, I don't know what issues can cause to program and run a games without BCD mode. Even so, that's not what's important, but rather seeing Nin_____ and its partners pirating processors.
