from what I've seen in the footage she didnt hit him
Watch, and listen, to the bodycam footage. He had internal bleeding. He got hit.
Shooting her was entirely uncalled for
It wasn't the cleanest shoot, but at the time he fired, he will claim he feared for his life.
Will they get charged? Depends on the public outcry.
No. The public, one side of the political spectrum, can cry out as much as they like. The other side is no longer interested.

If there are big boobs, don't give a f4ck what kind of brains they have
Size is not the only factor. Either you like them or you don't. It depends if you mean short or long term. If it's just a casual thing, then personality is irrelevant. Long term, if you find them annoying, it won't matter how physically attractive they are, you'll get bored of it eventually. Sooner than later in my case.

Didn't he shoot her in the head twice through the side window when her vehicle was clearly turning right and moving away from him?
He kept firing until the threat was gone. In terms of whether it was justified, It only matters why he chose to shoot in the first place.
Doesn't sound like someone who was "afraid for his life" 🤷🏽‍♂️
I can see how people would consider being hit by a car life threatening.

The threat was gone the moment the car was no longer facing him. He kept shooting.

Law enforcement in the US are legally expected not to use more force than is objectively reasonable. So no, it does matter how he reacted, not just why.

He perceived a threat to his life. He chose to fire, and continue to fire until it was no longer a threat. At the time he chose to fire, he will claim he felt his life was in danger. You don't just fire once, and then stop. You keep firing until the threat is confirmed to be gone.
Law enforcement in the US are legally expected not to use more force than is objectively reasonable.
No one that would be involved in bringing charges against him will consider what he did unreasonable.
So no, it does matter how he reacted, not just why.
Where we seem to disagree is that continuing to fire seems unreasonable to you. The problem is that you don't fire once, then reconsider your options. You continue to fire until the threat is confirmed to be gone.

His reaction, firing his gun, was reasonable. Continuing to fire was also reasonable. Had he walked over to the crashed car. Continued firing. Reloaded. Then fired some more. That would be unreasonable.
