Imagine an AI giving you a copyright strike, and then another AI turning around and copyright strike that AI.
This depends if we're talking about AI as it is now...LLM's without any real functioning, compared to what AI was originally defined as--the matrix was close here for a reference, but basically machines that are more human than machine, in which case this wouldn't be very realistic because they wouldn't just be stealing from other sources for everything.

What they're calling AI now are just trained machines. The terminator style reference was pretty close...tin cans with a set pattern of stupidity, not actual intelligence. These are actually more of a danger than autonomous thought...because there is no thought aside from what its programmed to do. I doubt we'll ever see real AI, one minor error in a machine police forces code and its a new world order

2 - "To this end, there is evidence that Agent Ross did not view Ms. Good as an imminent physical threat. Multiple videos show, for instance, that Agent Ross’s own vehicle was able to get around Ms. Good’s SUV, that he chose to walk around the front of Ms. Good’s vehicle (thereby exposing himself to possible harm, and against DHS policy) with one hand occupied by a cell phone, and that, just prior to the shooting, Ms. Good told the agents, “I’m pulling out.” Other evidence suggests that Agent Ross may have shot because he felt annoyed or disrespected by Ms. Good and her partner, rather than out of fear for his safety. "
Where we seem to disagree is that continuing to fire seems unreasonable to you. The problem is that you don't fire once, then reconsider your options. You continue to fire until the threat is confirmed to be gone.

His reaction, firing his gun, was reasonable. Continuing to fire was also reasonable. Had he walked over to the crashed car. Continued firing. Reloaded. Then fired some more. That would be unreasonable.
Let me add some more obvious thoughts. If he would really see "imminent physical threat" then it is obvious he must jump out of the way, because shooting a car and even a driver would not save you from being driven over by a car. I am sure any police training and protocols would show the same. So he used a hit from a car to try to justify his shot at almost point blank range. As i said - vengeance.
