Error at releasing steam code from saints row bundle

when I try to release a code from my saints row bundle, an error appears:

If it persists, please contact our support and we will look into it as soon as possible

Every other bundle or games works perfectly.

Please do not tell me to look for help at discord cause I am excluded from it.
