Feudalife challenge BAD/FAULTY/NOT-WORKING/INVALID keys masterpost (error message: this product code was already activated by a different account)

Finding this thread for the first time. I've had five working keys since joining Indiegala in 2022 (although only discovered that we could get those in 2024), but my three most recent wins from Challenges - between 22 Dec. 2025 and today, 26 Feb. 2026 - were all duplicates.

Here they are:
  • Depths of Fear :: Knossos = K0VJK-H08XJ-KC2CH
  • Space Trader Retail (delisted game) = JJY9T-V5H68-BT9JT
  • The Chaos Engine = FGMMB-RTQP0-YT3VA

Can anyone help with a "The product code you've entered is not valid or is not a product code" error? Is there a different platform to use?
