Way to check regional availability?

Hi peoples. I'm looking to to pick up Fatal Frame 2 but seeing the region lock plastered everywhere on the store is making me concerned. I know on other storefronts (GmG, Gamesplanet, Fanatical) we can find a list of eligible regions, here it seems to be a little more ambiguous.

Seeing the price listed in USD (when I'm Australian) is sort of giving me pause also, and making me wonder if Indie Gala know what region I'm in.

Hi,

When you make the purchase you receive a key for the region from where you make the purchase, make sure that you make the purchase from the same region where was registered your Steam account so you can activate the key.

Speaking of which, preload is up now and other sites like Fanatical are handing out keys already; any chance we could get ours too? (Would love to be 100% sure my purchase will work while I'm still in the pre-order period)
