I was also confused by that post, I think playing the game isn't necessary to have it in the library forever but anyway I run the game for one second to be sure

I don't think you need to install it, that's what it said in the announcement. I'm sure adding it to the library is enough like all the other freebies.

They can't do that on steam by any normal methods, but they obvuously wanted people to try the game (maybe for future sales, maybe just because?), they're obviously aware of the fact better than we are, steam doesn't allow conditional license revoking as far as i'm aware from my minor research in plans of putting our game there eventually

Thats one concern we wont have when we do it...people will find the smut games

As long as a smut VN actually has decent smut it'll find users and if the game isnt chop suey (which for the flaws we might have--that isnt one of them at all), it'll sell.

I was honestly just waiting until the story fleshed out more, (which includes the smut factor) before that release so it doesn't bomb like our initial run sort of did. His story hasnt caught up to the kink factor yet--a big sales killer in the VN genre, but we were aware of that when we did this.

There are no lizards, just bad people with a lot of money (which they make themselves) involved in large criminal organizations that control and blackmail politicians, judges, "scientists", movie and TV actors, journalists, etc, from all countries. They make laws, brainwash you and control your life.

I think the main problem with this game and many others - good or bad - is that they're not promoting(informing gamers about their release.
I love Obsidian, but I had no clue they released Pillars of Eternity 2 for two months after its release. The same thing is The Outer Worlds 2. I found out about it a week ago.
