I'm unable to change my user image. I don't want to link my steam account, just change the image. Any suggestions?

Same problem here.
Changing the "User image" under "Wallet & settings" -> "General" -> "User image" -> "Select image" does not work.
Neither uploading an image nor selecting another default image.
Changing "User name" on the same page works, but not the "User image"
