@ctpax001rus for the clarification. You were correct, I confused some steamgifts details with steam drops system. I didn't know about the auto-cancel with 5 people, and, I realize there's no way to verify the region of the users from the outside. I jumped to conclusions based on seeing so many of these keys coming from gamesforfarm or other lequeshops, and assumed people were sharing this information with each other. Plus, they all appear at the same time, so it's very likely they're each other's referrals.
But even after observing the site for another week, it has a lot of problems like indiegala does, and carries over a lot of problem steamgifts has. Be very careful about investing too much into the site since groups of friends can (and do) exploit it too easily, unless it makes bigger changes. Plus the majority of giveaways are complete shovelware trash.
