Giveaways do not work.

I cannot enter giveaways and I have plenty of currency, I recieve a “server error e203”. Why does this happen? Not only that but half the time I cannot even access it as it says “too much server traffic” when I even try to look at the games being offered.

I have the same issue (I assume you meant error e230), I've tried different browsers, using the game launcher, trying with a VPN from different countries, which actually helps the to much traffic issues at times. I have disabled all extensions and pop up blockers but no matter where when and how I always get error e230 trying to click the join button.

I assume it may be some sort of account requirement that I haven't met, I have tons of the silver points, I've only purchased one game for 19 cents through the service and had no issues with that. But if I can't join the giveaways it doesn't give me faith in purchasing more from here.

I think I found out why it happens, if you have an account created by google or Facebook it appears to have a few issues, for 1 you can't change your password e510 and you get error e230 anytime you try to enter a giveaway.

So, I'm here writing this on a new account I created through the site instead of using google or Facebook and I can now enter giveaways.

It kind of sucks as I have nearly 1000 silver, but I guess restarting with a new account wont be so bad since I can't enter giveaways on that other account anyways.
